Threat Record was originally intended to be a standalone product dedicated to bringing new NPCs, scenarios, and gadgets & gear to those using the 4 Color System rules for their role-playing adventures. The first two issues were fun, but they didn’t seem to appeal to many gamers. Beginning with Issue #3, Threat Record is expanding its coverage to include other open gaming systems. The 4C System is still a major factor in this third, and future issues, but it will share the spotlight with the likes of Open D6, True 20, and the Inverted 20 role-playing core rules.
